Peeler Polisher

This system combines the cleaning and polishing action of the standard polisher with a section of carborundum rollers for peeling. The carborundum used to break the skin of the vegetable while varying grades of bristles on the brushes allow for the removal of the skin and polishing to produce a smooth finish. Configuration of the bristle and carborundum length can be altered to suit any variety of vegetable.

The action of the brushes eliminates any grit can can be built up in traditional units and also works to reduce bacteria and increase shelf life.
